BDN Contra Costa is a dynamic and diverse group of professional women who are committed to building our businesses and supporting each other. Our meetings offer members an opportunity to network with other local businesswomen, learn about and exchange ideas for growing our businesses, and share resources.

We meet on the 3rd Thursday of each month (except in December).

Please note, we limit our group to one member from each profession, but we currently have openings in a variety of fields, including interior designer, accountant, psychologist, business coach, insurance broker, and more.

Menowar's Mission is to normalize the menopause discussion and empower women to proactively manage the mental, physical, and emotional impacts of menopause to enable them to thrive during their second half of life. Allison is a trained Menopause Champion and is licensed with the Menopause Experts Group. She provides a variety of offerings including: coaching for individuals, couples, and small groups; corporate coaching; menopause informational sessions and speaking engagements; and Menopause Cafes, as the San Francisco Bay Area representative of this global non-profit organization.
